Apps like Music Singles
I’d rather Apple do tons of crazy experiments, some of which may hurt my business, than keep neglecting their major role in the entire consumer-software market by continuing to treat apps like music singles forever.

Apps have been treated like music singles, released once and NEVER meant to be updated. Since the beginning. Let’s give Phil Schiller some time to rearrange the App Store. After so many years I am not that faithful but I am eager to see what’s announced during the next WWDC. In the meantime I work on services, where the app is just the tip of the iceberg and not the core of my products. If something changes for the better I’ll jump in, if not I already have another plan.
